Two-Week Money-Back Guarantee

If something does not work for you, you have 14 days from delivery to request a full refund. No questions asked.

To request a refund, email hello@baretallow.co with your order number. We will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 7 days of delivery at hello@baretallow.co with your order number and photos. We will replace the item or issue a full refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Email hello@baretallow.co with your order number.

Non-Refundable Items

Gift cards and final sale items are not eligible for refund.
