At Bare Tallow Co., we take great care in creating and delivering our handcrafted products. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which returns and refunds may be accepted, and the steps you should take if you encounter an issue with your order.

By placing an order through baretallow.co (the "Site"), you agree to the terms set forth below.

Eligibility for Returns

In addition to our 100% Relief Guarantee above, we accept returns of unopened, unused items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a standard return:

  • The item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

Custom orders, gift cards, and sale items are non-refundable and are not eligible for return.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing hello@baretallow.co.

To process your claim, we will require:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photos of the product(s) and packaging.

Once your request is reviewed, we will gladly replace the item(s) or provide a store credit/refund, depending on the situation.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days after approval. Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on your bank or credit card company, processing times for refunds may vary.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, you may return your eligible product for a refund (subject to this policy) and place a new order for the desired item.
