Some days your hair looks fine.
Other days it looks like it has been through something.
Maybe it is dry. Maybe it is flat in weird places and fluffy in others. Maybe the ends feel rough, your scalp feels dry, and you have suddenly decided every person on the internet has better hair than you.
We have all been there.
Nourish is for those days.
How to use Nourish
Work it into your scalp and strands before you shampoo.
Leave it at least four hours. Overnight is better. All weekend is fine too.
Then shower like normal. One shampoo and it is out.
It is a simple conditioning treatment for dry-feeling hair and scalp when things need a little extra attention. Not a twelve-step hair routine. Not a miracle in a bottle. Just a straightforward treatment for hair that feels a little tired.
Because hair goes through a lot, even when we are not thinking about it.
Heat tools. Dry shampoo. Ponytails pulled a little too tight. Pool days. Hard water. Weather. The fact that we are apparently expected to wash it, style it, protect it, and somehow also not touch it too much.
It is honestly a lot to ask of hair.
Nourish is meant to make that routine feel less complicated.
It gives dry-feeling hair and scalp a little moisture and conditioning, so hair feels softer, easier to manage, and more like itself again. It is the kind of product you reach for when your usual routine is not quite cutting it and you do not feel like buying six new things to solve the problem.
I made it because I wanted something that felt useful.
Not overly precious. Not overly scented. Not packaged with a long speech about your "hair journey," as though we are all preparing a memoir about our split ends.
Just useful.
There is a lot of pressure around hair. It is supposed to be shiny, thick, smooth, bouncy, effortless, and somehow untouched by the actual weather outside. We are given a lot of products that promise to make it behave, but sometimes what you really need is a little care for the hair you already have.
That is the point of Nourish.
It is for the days your hair feels dry after too much sun, too much styling, or too much life. It is for the days you want to slow down for five minutes and do something nice for yourself without turning it into a whole event.
And it is for the days you need a little help but still need to leave the house in ten minutes.
Here is how I use it: work it into your hair and scalp, then give it time to hang out.
Four hours is a good minimum. Overnight is even better.
And if you are having a run of comfy days, like a weekend at home where your biggest plan is maybe ordering takeout and finding a new show, there is no rush to wash it out. Let it stay. Your hair will be fine, and frankly, so will you.
No grand promises.
Just a little more softness, a little more conditioning, and one less thing to overthink.
